Which are the payment methods ?

When booking a tour, you must pay 30% in advance. The remaining 70% can be paid after the end of the tour. Payment is possible in cash or by credit card.

Where do you pick up tourists from?

We will pick you up at a convenient location in Tashkent. After the tour ends, we will also take you back to the pre-agreed location.

What is included in the price of the tour/excursion?

The cost of the tour includes transport and guide services. We will pick you up from the agreed place, provide the necessary support during the tour and at the end take you back to the same place.

Can I cancel my reservation or change the date?

Yes, you can change the date of the booked tour by notifying us in advance. Please inform about the change as soon as possible, before the start of the tour.

What do I need to take with me on the tour?

The most important thing is a good mood! We also recommend that you bring comfortable clothes and shoes, a phone and personal belongings. And, of course, don't forget to bring enough money with you.

What is the best time of year to travel to Uzbekistan?

In fact, every season in Uzbekistan has its own special beauty. For excursions to the mountains, we especially recommend spring and autumn — at this time, the weather is pleasant, the scenery is beautiful and travel is especially comfortable. In summer, it is also very pleasant to relax in the mountains: it is cooler here than in Tashkent. And in winter, Chimgan and the surrounding mountains are covered with snow and acquire a completely different, surprisingly beautiful view.
